Please note some product delivery weights may be higher than the weight of the actual product shown in the product description. This is due to special rates charged by our couriers for packaging certain hi-tech items. You can check the actual delivery weight/cost of the item(s) in your basket before you check out.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Manufacturers always check the quality of their products but occasionally a rogue unit slips through the net. However, if you do believe that a product is faulty please call or send us a message. We can often resolve the problem over the phone, but if this is not the case, we will arrange collection of the item(s).

Remember : The most common cause of failure is using the wrong driver/software.

When we receive your goods we will test them and if faulty we will usually be able to get the new items out to you within 2 days (subject to availability).

If the fault doesn't manifest itself then we will contact you to discuss the problem further, so please make sure you give us a contact telephone number.

The goods must be returned in their original condition with all documentation and original boxes. It is important to keep ALL packaging in perfect order, as if goods are received without it, it could cause long delays.

Opened software cannot be refunded.
